This product is well-made of quality materials. It is easy to setup and charge. It charges easily with the included USB cord. The sound quality is excellent in both the ear piece and the output from the microphone. It pairs easily with my iPhone. Answering phone calls works great, Adjusting the volume is easy to do and works wonderfully. Overall the headset works great and has no issues.
