Smoothie Book

Wonderful book of superfoods smoothies recipes!! The book itself is beautifully done, with tons of helpful information and gorgeous photos. The book is a perfect size for my little bookshelf in my office where I have my review products and weight loss stuff! The book contains 100 recipes for different smoothies. Part one of the book is Glowing By the Glass Full.b It talks about the basics of smoothies, what’s essential in them, nutritional rewards etc. Part Two is called The Smoothies. It talks about recipes, problems you might have. Part three is Extras. It contains resources, guides and charts. It talks about making nut and seed milks, superfood substitutions, a resource guide, references, and conversion charts. This book is awesome! I absolutely love it! Five piece makeup brush set

Really nice small set of make up brushes. It comes in a nice little case that has a mirror. There are five brushes in the set. One is a foundation or blush brush. The handles are made of wood with a nice matte finish. The bristles are really nice and soft, made of synthetic materials. Included in this set are two eyeshadow brushes, one for detail and one for blending. They work really well. Also included is a nice  
little lip brush. The fifth brush is an angled brush which is perfect for eyebrows. All in all the set is perfect for any daily make up needs. I love it!! It’s nice and compact and fits in my purse easily. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review.

Hair sectioning clips

Really nice hair sectioning clips!! I use these daily when I’m flat ironing my hair. I love the way they are constructed. They’re made of brightly colored hard plastic. They have this neat little guard on the top which is nice and helps protect your hair. They work perfectly with my textured hair. I really like this product! They are well made of quality materials and are very durable. Hair clips usually fall apart because they aren’t sturdy. Not these!! Flex Pro MD joint supplement

Excellent joint supplement! This product truly has changed my life. I have arthritis in my hips, knees, lower back and shoulders from my years as a hospital floor nurse. I also have MS. Both conditions cause me to have a lot of pain and stiffness in my joints on a daily basis. The bottle comes with 60 liquid filled capsules. You are supposed to take two capsules per day with food for two weeks, then one capsule a day with food after that. Each capsule contains a proprietary blend of Antarctic Krill oil, sodium hyal  

uronate, and Zanthin Astaxanthin. These capsules contain omega-3 DHA and EPA, which helps reduce inflammation in your joints. It works wonderfully!The formulation is easily absorbed with fast bioavailability. The xanthan component reduces oxidative stress with in your joints which can cause degeneration. The Flexuron component helps with joint stability and aids in strengthening the connective tissues. I can tell a real difference in reduction of my pain since being on the supplement. My joints are not as stiff, or more fluid, and not as painful. The liquid capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. There were no side effects noted. Neutralize Anti-Acne System

Wonderful anti-acne solution. I originally wanted to test this product to use on my 13-year-old son. We have had marvelous results. I really like the three-step process. The face wash works wonderfully, lathers up nicely and has a nice light scent. It does not irritate the skin. It rinses off easily with no residue. I also used it on my son’s shoulders. It also has two other formulations. One is a spot treatment, which works wonderfully for stubborn blemishes. The other is called Synergyzer. It helps to fade dark  

 spots and correct hyper pigmentation. It also increases blood flow to the skin which helps in healing the acne. My son is very happy with his skin! I help him use the product daily. Slimming arm wraps

Really nice contouring slimming upper arm wraps. I’ve never seen a product like this before I’m used to belly wraps and waist trainers. This is a part of my body that I really want to get under control. They’re made of a nice quality Lycra. They are black which coordinates with my fitness outfits. They fit easily over the upper part of both of my arms. I definitely felt more of a burn while wearing these. My arms do appear to be slimmer after wearing these consistently. Adorable St. Patrick’s Day teddy bear

Really nice quality plush St. Patrick’s Day themed teddy bear. My daughter absolutely loved it! The first thing I noticed was the nice, bright, rich, deep, green color all throughout the bear. The color is uniform with no faded spots. The bear is also so incredibly soft and cuddly. It’s a very squishy and very soft and very lovable. It’s made of

Denali hiking poles

Really nice adjustable shock absorbency hiking poles. I’ve never used this kind of product before. I can definitely see how they will greatly improve my flexibility and stability while out on the trail. I really like the fact that you can adjust it to many different heights with just a simple twist. Very sturdy once they are twisted into place. I like the fact that handles have a cord that you can wrap around your wrists so you don’t lose the poles. They’re made of good quality materials and are very durable. I’m also like the color. High quality 100% Japanese green tea. Domaine Yame Matcha green tea is a delicious tea with a nice rich aroma. This product is less bitter than others available now. It can be used in tea, lattes, smoothies, as a Matcha drink, or in cooking. It has a light, naturally sweet taste. To make an authentic Matcha drink, mix 1/2 tsp green tea powder into 10 oz hot water. It works best if you mix it with a milk frother. Green tea is a healthy way to detoxify your body, increase your energy, without jitters, and it has anti-aging proper 

 ties. Matcha has five times more antioxidants than any other food and four times the vitamin C in oranges. There is a chemical in Matcha called L-Theanine. Very nice fitness tracking bracelet! I really like the simplistic design. One color. Simple LED display. I love fitness bracelets and all their capabilities! I love tracking my steps throughout the day. This product counts calories burned, distance traveled, active minutes, and number of steps. I like the fact that he does so many different things. It comes with a convenient charger plugs into USB port on your computer. It comes with an instruction booklet that’s very clear and explains how to set it up and I’ll charge it very simply and easily. It’s nice to have instructions it actually makes sense. It’s made of a nice flexible silicone type material that fits my wrist very well. It has a nice metal clasp the closes the bracelet securely. You have to download an app in order to use the bracelet but it’s easy to set up. It has an alarm clock, sedentary reminder, sleep quality monitor, Bluetooth anti-theft alert.
